Greenfield Park - Quebec

A 6,300 square foot service station facility integrating a convenience store and fast food donut/sandwich shop. Our mandate consisted essentially of customizing a prototype model to respond to specific architectural, urban planning and zoning requirements requested by the municipal authorities, as well as adapting to unique operator and building code requirements for this location.
