150,000 square foot expansion and renovation of an existing 150,000 square foot high tech refrigerated warehouse. The project included the integration of a new 20,000 sq.ft. office building, 60 new loading docks and 3 new mechanical roof penthouses. It was designed to Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) standards.
