Sainte-Therese - Quebec

400,000 sq.ft. expansion and major renovation to a class 7 & 8 heavy truck plant. The existing warehouse was eliminated and the plant operation was converted to Just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing with the addition of over 30 truck docks distributed around the facility perimeter. Fully automated production and assembly lines were implemented including a sophisticated AS/RS system. The plant included a state-of-the-art paint shop clean room, major testing and touch-up facility and training center.
