Rehabilitation of the existing 2,000 sq.ft. tent pavilion including existing structure modification, new steel custom doors and motorized louver, new covered preparation area for cocktails and events, replacement of the technical fabrics, lighting and cooling fans and completion of complementary work related to security devices on the City hall terrace.
